Terms of Service for AlgoStyle

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Merchant", "you", or "your") and AlgoStyle ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the AlgoStyle app (the "App") on the Shopify platform.

By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

1. License and Access

• Grant of License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your Shopify store operations.
• Restrictions: You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the App. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in a manner that violates Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Fees and Payments

• Pricing: The App may be offered on a free, freemium, or paid subscription basis as detailed on our Shopify App Store listing.
• Billing: All billing and payments are handled securely through the Shopify billing system. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees associated with your use of the App.

3. Data and Privacy

• Our collection, use, and sharing of personal data (including yours and your customers') are governed by our Privacy Policy.
• You agree that you have the right to share your customers' data with us and that you have a privacy policy in place on your store that informs your customers about data processing by third-party apps.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlgoStyle and its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Termination

• By You: You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store.
• By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if required to do so by Shopify.
• Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
